Horrible support service.I bought a tights in size M, and two sports bras in size M. However they were too small. I couldn’t get the bras over my shoulders and breasts, and the tights only FIT half way up my thighs.I desided to return the tights and swap the bras to a size L. Got an email claiming the bras were dirty, and not re-sellable. So i couldn’t get new ones. Well, from the pics they sent me, they appeared used, with something looking like sweat stains in the armpits. How is that even possible when I couldn’t even pull it that far over my head...?I told them this, and also that I shower on a daily basis, and don’t use lotions or other products that could possibly stain the products from 5 seconds «wear» (if upper arms and thighs count as wearing). They just replied «Sorry for the inconvenience» and dumped the expenses on me. Oh, and they also subtracted transport costs from the tights I returned as well. What a waste of 1300 NOK (approximately 130 Euro). I’m so angry and frustrated. They are basically telling me I’m a dirty hobo, and it’s my fault the clothes weren’t returnable.Stay away!!! Spend your money more wisely elsewhere....like Balion or Stronger
