BARA does not follow law according to products bought in the EU, even though as they cater for EU customers they have to follow the same laws. They even have the little EU icon on the website and the return addresses etc. are also in the EU. They ask for 8 euros return cost per order on top of the return costs of the retour label you buy yourself. They also take about 20 days after receiving the order to even process it (and they only processed it after that time because I asked them via email). Their return policy as referend on the website (so not the very long actual policy) is not even clearly stating that they do. I find this very misleading. "When withdrawing your purchase you will have to pay for the cost for returning the product to our warehouse." Which is what you do: You pay the retour label to send the item retour to their warehouse. But they charge extra on top of the retour label you buy. Just thought anyone doubting about ordering should be aware.I am actually very enthusiastic about their emailing style, because I think it is very creative and fun. Also I completely agree with their values: sport clothes for everyone. But for me the leggings weren't right: I just didn't like the fit of the products as for me they stretched and had a white-ish color around my stomach but for my legs they were quite wide. I did not have this problem when I order from STRONGER and as both were recommended to me I believed BARA to be a good option as well. I also know many people who do have BARA leggings that are a good fit for them. The leggings have a good quality and if they do fit you right I think they are very nice. I will however not recommend anyone buying here due to their unclear policies, not upholding EU law (as even non-EU companies that target EU countries have to do) and in my case, their legging fit.
