Have seen negative reviews, but my own experience has been exceptional. Sadly, have had to return several purchases for the only reason they came up very big and sizes no smaller than a 10. Refunds have been almost instant, and friendly helpful service. Great company and am hoping they will perhaps begin manufacturing in petite sizes.
