Great Until the Re-waxing

Initially, my coat was fantastic, but after rewaxing, it turned from olive green to brown, despite following the instructions precisely. The wax was supposed to dry within 24 hours, but after 4 weeks, it remains damp and discolored. They say it will return to olive green over time, but how long will that take? I'm regretting the re-waxing decision and am very disappointed.

Leaking Boots After Minimal Use

I bought a pair of wellingtons expecting quality, but after just 18 months of light use, one started leaking. The company refused to help since they were only covered by a 12-month warranty. Puffer Coat Quality Issues

My less than 2-month-old puffer coat has loose threads and is losing filling, which the company claims isn't a defect. They suggest just trimming the threads, but for over £200, I expected better quality. Unfortunately, customer service won’t change their stance, so I'll need to buy additional layers to make it usable this winter. My older jacket, however, has been fantastic.

Negative Experience with Re-waxing

The cleaning and re-waxing process caused my jacket to shrink significantly. It went from a winter size M to nearly size S, making it unusable for layering. I've canceled my winter purchases and will look for alternatives as the experience was not worth it.
