Yesterday we checked in our luggage at Barcelona Airport Terminal 2 at the Ryanair counter exactly two hours before the flight. The suitcase was locked with the code key and both the compartments were zipped inside. At the Billund Airport it was received it opened- the lock and both inside compartments. Then just zipped from outside. It was not a security check as there was no note left and it looked like done in a hurry. We travel a lot and this kind of thing hasn’t happened ever before. So there are THIEVES out there in the luggage department at the Terminal 2. When I tried to contact the Airport it was not possible to get to a person who cares about this issue. I hope that the Airport management will read about this situation here and take all the steps to avoid such situations in the future.
