Currently in the awful process of trying to locate my charged back money which is missing which is over £2k . The merchant cancelled the payment and returned the money but it hasn't hit my account . Radio silence, cloak and dagger from barclays no updates and left in the dark . Gatekeepers fob me off and quote 6 to 8 weeks to investigate and I should just deal with it. No communication or reassurance just deal with it ! Transparency, and communication and lack of empathy are the biggest failings.
