Awful customer service, incapable of following through with requests. Outdated systems so you have to call up each time you need a statement, expect to be on the phone for at least 10 minutes each time btw, I’ve clocked up an hour in the last 2 weeks trying to get access. Overall, they don’t care about their service standards or making customer journeys better. All about the money. Avoid at all costs and save yourself the stress.
