Our startup was getting crushed by volume and I needed to add Zebra support to improve our ship times ASAP.The store upgraded my order for free so it could be shipped at 4PM on a Friday.When I thought I needed an ink cartridge they helpfully called to tell me it wasn't necessary.All together they probably saved me 5 days and 50 dollars.
