I ordered a label online and reached out to customer service regarding the shipping/completion date. *Edited 4/19: It turns out the barcode labels were not the correct ones. I contacted them again to let them know what the problem was and asked if they had the ones I really needed. Jen D has not responded with any answers, or at all since 4/15. I am very disappointed. I ordered the labels from a different company, and they are the correct ones. I obviously won't be using Barcode Factory again.*I had a very hard time finding the exact right labels until I came across Barcode Factory. Their website is painless to navigate and I didn't have to wait very long to speak with a live person. Jen D was extremely helpful, polite and knowledgeable about their products. She helped me find exactly what I needed and I'll never have to scour the internet again for barcode labels. I will order again, thank you!
