However, after showing my package had been in Denmark for a week, the delivery tracker suddenly noted it as 'delivered.' This was confusing since I was home and received nothing. When I reached out to the support team, they directed me to the delivery service. The delivery service acknowledged they lost the package but indicated that the company must file a complaint with them, not me. After several emails over a week and messaging them on social media, the company has yet to respond. Now, I will have to start the complaint process to recover my money. This has been a disappointing experience. I was really impressed by the clothing, but this situation is not acceptable.
