I am very disappointed after purchasing two bracelets for my partner, as they arrived completely different from what I expected. When I tried to get a refund, I discovered their policy wouldn’t allow it. I strongly advise others to avoid this service based on my experience. I feel bad for my partner, as I now have to find something else to make amends.
