I wanted to support a local business, but my experience has been quite disappointing. I ordered two bracelets during a sale, and both were too small. When I tried to return them for the right sizes, I was told there were no returns or exchanges due to the sale, even though these items are still being sold at full price. As someone in ecommerce, I find this lack of flexibility very poor. Most businesses would offer some form of store credit, especially around the holidays. To make matters worse, the quality of the jewellery was subpar and did not justify the strict return policy. If you're looking for gifts, be cautious as exchanges aren’t permitted. I won't be shopping here again.
