Over the past couple of years, I've bought several items, but many broke quickly. Recently, while walking, one earring fell out because the post snapped off. I emailed to report this after only a few wears, and received a blunt response saying I should have been more careful and that they wouldn't help since it was outside their warranty. I find it unacceptable for the price. Given the multiple issues, it seems they are sourcing low-quality items and marking them up significantly. It's interesting that they don’t display customer feedback options and seem to delete negative comments.
