I feel let down after ordering two bracelets for my partner, only to receive items that looked nothing like what was advertised. When I tried to request a refund, I found out that their policy wouldn’t allow it. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this service. I feel bad for my partner, as I now need to find something else to make it up to her.
