I had a fit consultation and they recommended a product they didn't have. So I ordered a similar product in a size larger because I don't like to feel suffocated. I had trouble keeping track of the order information email because they sent me so many sales emails after that. I did eventually find the order confirmation emails. The bras I received were way too small. The returns process was confusing and they had a policy where I had to order more stuff just to not pay a fee for returning the things that didn't fit. The return label was just something that appeared on their website and not in a printable format. To print it I had to screenshot it and print the screenshot. The post office couldn't scan that. They also say there's an undisclosed financial penalty for not returning the items fast enough.They have good customer service. They said they would give me free return shipping. They didn't say whether they would waive the fee for returning the items. They also offered to mail me a shipping label since I am not able to print theirs. They offered that before I even told them I had that problem, which means other customers must have had that problem before me.Dealing with the website is awful and the sizing and fitting are terrible and their return policies make me want to limit myself to Amazon for all future bra purchases online. But their customer service seems OK. Maybe I can at least not lose too much money or too much more time to this.
