Erica was very personable, thoughtful, kind, friendly a good listener and knowledgeable. I always felt that she had my best interest at heart and I never felt pressured to purchase any product I never felt pressured to look at any products. When she made suggestions she patiently waited for me to pull them up. I actually found one while on the line that her and I both agreed based off of what I believe would work for me - that it would be a good fit and we also discussed what size would work and we were able to come up with a size that I think might work best - since I had to return a few bras already this was a relief. I’m excited as I feel like I am as close as I’ve been to finding the perfect bra with BN after this conversation. She also offered to send me a packing and shipping label since I don’t have a printer. She was the one who asked me if I had a printer so that she could offer that. That just lifted a whole load off of me. I was so grateful for her offering that.In addition she also offered to expedite the shipping of the bra because she heard through our conversation that I’m going to be going out of town soon and that one of the inspirations to purchase a new bra was I want to take this bra with me. It’s an overseas trip with hot weather so it was very very kind of her to do that. Especially since I have a unique bra sizing I am learning so it’s just taking me a little bit longer to find the right one and so there’s been a lot of back-and-forth with regards to purchasing in and sending back in purchasing and sending back and exchanging and so on and so forth. She also offered to exchange the bras versus having to send them back wait for the refund and then on top of that I have to purchase the new bra which takes a lot of money out of my account. The customer service experience was phenomenal. When I call back I will be requesting her name I would like her to become My point of contact and representative. If she’s not available I will definitely be just leaving a message and waiting for her to call me back. Her customer service and people skills are top notch and whatever Erica does in her personal or professional life. She will excel and be extremely and usually successful. I wish her all the best and thank you Erica for providing such a wonderful experience today. You renewed my hope in finding the perfect bra and I hope that this next one works.
