I did not receive one of my shipments from them, although it showed as delivered. I realized this later, and they said they would "escalate" the issue, and then told me they couldn't do anything and stopped responding (even though FedEx indicates that they could still help file a claim). This was for over $200 in merchandise. Really disappointing and my money will be spent elsewhere. Edited to add: The company has responded below saying they wish they could do more, but they can and are deciding not to. As mentioned FedEx recommends that they file a claim - it is still within the time period where they can do so. Yet for some reason (a desire to wash their hands of this?) they are not willing to take the time to do this. Again, disappointing customer service. There are other businesses to support.
