The initial order was easy, efficient and a pleasure. The issue came with the exchange due to an incorrect size and a swop required. Very long drawn out process with slow response and slow delivery. I requested a delivery address change as it was not delivered as confirmed and I was heading back home to my home. This was confirmed but shoes still delivered to Knysna. Shoes now 280 kms away and I will only be able to collect in December. Disappointed!
