Hi i just want to say the agent who assist us with the viewing on February 1, in Albany named Denize Zhu. Was really unprofessional and rude.We went for viewing on 1st Feb 2023 as we are affected by floodwaters and badly needing a house to stay so we done all the viewings and requirements as said on the tenancy form that it will take 2 days to make decision, so its been 5 days and yes I understand that its long weekend however we have been sending her fb messages and email, she did not give her mobile number that time, so we communicating online. So we happened to visit barfoot and she’s there we asked for an update and she just said , its gone thats all and continues with her work. We felt so sad and why she treated us like that we are hoping we receive any updates or she should have let us know early like she should not give us any false hope.Very rude and arrogant agent, i hope you guys take some action against this case so it won’t happen to anyone. Especially with those in vulnerable/emergency situation.
