Closes way to early. Flight was delayed & couldn't get out car. Couldn't get through on phone to deal to anyone.
When we returned the car it took forever. Way too many customers & not enough workers. Shuttle bus driver was very rude when we asked when the bext shuttle was. Zero customer service skills. We ended up getting an uber to.the airport as no.info given as to when next shuttle was coming.
