Everything seemed fine till I dropped the car off and not long after was charged a full tank charge stating that I didn’t put petrol in the car when in actual fact I did. The tank was only three quarters full so I ensured I returned it the same way. I called and was asked if I had proof like a photo of the tank gage I said to the lady are you serious only did 47 kilometres it not possible that I even used a quarter of a tank. I then I went in personal and spoke to someone else and they figured that it was the previous person that didn’t fill the tank up, and was going to tell the manager the next day so that she could fix it. Two days later instead of a refund I got slugged with another fee to my account. Was not impressed at all went back to the rental place spoke to the manger personally and was told she didn’t know anything about it, it was fixed up immediately but was not refunded the bank fees that went with the transactions. Poor service to say the least and very unprofessional and untrustworthy from your staff.
