Initially, there was a delay with the delivery, which I attributed to the Christmas season when such delays are common. However, when the package finally arrived, I was shocked by the condition of the box! It was severely damaged and completely open, with a makeshift wrap of cling film trying to hold it together. A few of the boxes containing pens were also damaged, although the items were still inside. I have taken photos to document the state of the package. It's surprising that everything was still intact—it felt like a "Christmas Miracle." While I considered returning the items since they were gifts for family members, I decided to file a complaint with the customer care team at the company. My order totalled over £100.
