Extremely disappointing! The bike is impossible to assemble! I have since seen similar complaints in other reviews! The wheel components do not fit! To make matters worse, the box reeked of smoke and had clearly been opened before. We tried to salvage the situation on Christmas Eve, as it was the only gift our autistic son had requested. After hours of frustration, it's back in the box ready for return! This is unacceptable!!! I'm heartbroken knowing our child will think Santa let him down on the one thing he truly wanted!
I placed my order on December 5th, ensuring it would arrive before Christmas, yet I still haven't received anything. The customer service is merely an AI-generated email chat bot that offers no assistance. Now the tracking indicates it has been returned to the sender. I've spent over an hour on hold trying to reach someone, but ultimately gave up, which is quite frustrating.
Initially, there was a delay with the delivery, which I attributed to the Christmas season when such delays are common. However, when the package finally arrived, I was shocked by the condition of the box! It was severely damaged and completely open, with a makeshift wrap of cling film trying to hold it together. A few of the boxes containing pens were also damaged, although the items were still inside. I have taken photos to document the state of the package. It's surprising that everything was still intact—it felt like a "Christmas Miracle." While I considered returning the items since they were gifts for family members, I decided to file a complaint with the customer care team at the company. My order totalled over £100.
I ordered through this service, and my parcel has been misplaced and delivered to the wrong location. It's been a total nightmare trying to reach them for a resolution. After spending a significant amount, I still don't have the products.
