Booked a car as the page said I wouldn’t be charged until pick up. Immediately charged my card. I cancelled immediately and then they claimed it was 30 days until I’d receive my refund. I told them their page said I wouldn’t be charged and to refund immediately. They declined. I told them I’d give them a 1 star review and here it is. I’ll never use them again. Went to Ezy rental, better cars and not charged until picked up.
