Unexpected Charges

I rented an older vehicle with noticeable dents and scratches that I documented at pick-up. The staff did not advise me to take extensive photos, and I overlooked minor chips in the windscreen. Upon returning, the manager conducted a thorough inspection and found a way to charge me 250 NZD for damages I did not cause, as we primarily drove on the motorway.

Fantastic experience

We had a fantastic experience with the car rental service! At check-in, the representative was wonderful and treated us like family! They responded quickly to our tyre issue, and upon returning, the same representative made us feel welcome and allowed us to leave our belongings in the car while we had lunch. Exceptional service and friendly staff.
