This is the absolute worst company! I signed up for a bark box and through the app I went and cancelled a month just once and was told I would not be billed until the following month. I was charged for the box I did not want and when I emailed the company as soon as they found out I wanted a refund on the box I did not want they ignored all my emails and text messages. I finally get through to a very rude condescending representative who kept pushing me to stay and refused to give me my refund. The only thing that idiot do was cancel my account and refused my refund. I told them I wanted to speak to someone in management and got it all set up with a specific time and was ignored again. Honestly it’s better just to go to the store to buy things for your pet. This company if absolutely awful.
