Gina was very knowledgable and friendly, and gave real insight to why we may be experiencing the issues we are and helpful tips to try to resolve them. We are around 4 weeks on and seeing some improvements, however it is going to take time and effort on our part to keep the training consistent. We know it is not an overnight fix!
