Very knowledgeable trainer. Handled us and our 2 dogs well.However, we found 3 hours, too long. We would retain more learning if we had been offered 2 x 1.5 hour sessions. Knowing that you can only retain 10% of what you have heard after 24 hours much has been lost. Our 2 young dogs also found 3 hours with no loo breaks too long. Having said the above. It was a well delivered session.
