I placed my order on October 25th and requested delivery no later than November 5th because I needed it for my wedding. For 16 days, the order stayed stuck on “processing,” and I received no updates whatsoever. I emailed them on November 5th and again on November 10th. Only after my second message did the status suddenly change to “ready for shipping.”They explained the delay by mentioning the typhoons, but that does not change the fact that there were zero proactive updates for over two weeks. And the timing makes it clear: if I hadn’t written again, my order would probably still be “in process.” That is not acceptable.After checking other reviews, I see that I’m not the only one experiencing repeated delays and unhelpful customer service. This seems to happen often.They told me they will refund me, so I will see if they actually follow through.Overall, a very disappointing experience. I would not recommend relying on them if you need your item within a specific timeframe.
