New M4 1st service. Quoted me £195 then forced me to pay £350. Manager didn’t call me back when requested on the increase in price. Pick up was a nightmare, no staff just customers everywhere with no guidance. I reported a dashboard rattle at drop off but they wouldn’t look at it. Worst dealer experience, don’t use.
