Bought a brand new 2019 plate mini from this branch of Mini Sales and within three months noticed footwells of both drivers and passenger side saturated. It has now been three and a half weeks of complaints and our car being in the service centre for them not to be able to find the fault even though they acknowledge there is a serious fault! Spent 21K on this car and now we have been over three weeks without our new car, have a hire car arranged by Mini under warranty but threatened every day with the fact chance we may have to pay for this hire car. Our car is in bits in the service centre, still with the same fault it went in with and they refuse to put it back together until Barons Borehamwood or Mini UK tell them what is happening and we are left in limbo because no-one will return our calls or emails!!! Mini profess that their customer service is second to none - what is should say is their customer service is NONE!
