I regret not looking at these reviews before placing my order. This was meant to be a birthday gift for my mother, and here I am, three weeks later, still waiting for delivery. When ordering from their ready-to-wear collection, one would assume it's available, but they actually stitch it after the order is placed. Attempts to contact them via messaging have been frustrating, as they respond whenever they feel like it, showing no customer service. I never expected this from such a well-known brand and I won’t be ordering from them again; it's just a waste of time and energy.
