I truly wish I had read these reviews prior to placing my order, as this was intended to be a birthday gift for my mother. Unfortunately, it has still not arrived after three weeks. When ordering from their so-called ready-to-wear range, one would assume items are immediately available, but it turns out they only start stitching after the order is placed. Additionally, when attempting to reach out via messaging, responses are delayed and often come at their convenience, showing a lack of customer service. I expected better from such a well-known brand and will never order from them again; it has been a complete waste of time and energy.
Where do I begin? I placed a custom order that was supposed to take 3-4 weeks to be made. To my surprise, the company kindly expedited my order and completed it in just 9 days! They met my expectations, and while there were a few hiccups, the communication was consistent and they took my feedback seriously. They made a mistake but quickly remedied it by shipping my order to the UK. I received my package today, and the stitching is of EXCEPTIONAL quality! Keep up the great work!

My order never arrived, and they didn’t take the initiative to send a replacement. I also didn’t receive any dispatch email or tracking information. International customers should be wary when dealing with this platform. Avoid at all costs.
I received a completely different item than what I ordered. When I requested a refund, they instructed me to return it to a different address. I sent it back at my own expense to their specified address, but I still haven't received my refund. I've ended up spending extra on postage just to return the wrong item.
I ordered four suits for my brother’s wedding. Payment went through without issue, but after a month, I hadn’t received any shipping notification. I contacted customer service, and they claimed my order wasn’t processed because I didn’t respond to an 'important email' sent two days after my order. I never received that email. Their customer service is frustrating, and it took them three days to resend it. I was then asked to send a photo of my credit card for payment verification, which has never happened to me before. It all seems very suspicious. I explained my situation to my bank and disputed the charge. I informed them I wouldn’t provide my credit card photo and wanted to cancel my order. They claimed I should expect a refund in 7 to 14 business days, which doesn’t make sense if they say they never received the payment. These people seem like scammers, and their customer service is terrible. If I hadn’t followed up, I doubt they would have ever sent my order. Please don’t make the same mistake I did; order from elsewhere.
Stay away from these scammers. I had a very disappointing experience. Customer service was unhelpful and unprofessional. I was told my parcel was in the warehouse and would ship within 2-3 days, but I ended up waiting an entire month, and it was never shipped. This level of service is unacceptable and left me very dissatisfied. I would not recommend shopping here.
