I ordered four suits for my brother’s wedding. Payment went through without issue, but after a month, I hadn’t received any shipping notification. I contacted customer service, and they claimed my order wasn’t processed because I didn’t respond to an 'important email' sent two days after my order. I never received that email. Their customer service is frustrating, and it took them three days to resend it. I was then asked to send a photo of my credit card for payment verification, which has never happened to me before. It all seems very suspicious. I explained my situation to my bank and disputed the charge. I informed them I wouldn’t provide my credit card photo and wanted to cancel my order. They claimed I should expect a refund in 7 to 14 business days, which doesn’t make sense if they say they never received the payment. These people seem like scammers, and their customer service is terrible. If I hadn’t followed up, I doubt they would have ever sent my order. Please don’t make the same mistake I did; order from elsewhere.
