Frustrating Cancellation Process

This service model is the worst I’ve encountered. Communication is a hassle, requiring long wait times on the phone. After canceling my subscription, I was told I would still have access to articles until the end date. However, on the very first day post-cancellation, I found myself locked out. The automated support is completely ineffective.
