Clear Political Bias

There is a clear political bias in what is advertised as an unbiased news outlet. They draw you in with a low initial cost, only to significantly raise it the following year. While some information is useful, the evident bias makes it hard to accept. Marketed as a trustworthy news source, I find that claim questionable. Proceed with caution.

Obvious Political Bias

There is a clear political bias from what is supposedly an impartial news outlet. They entice you with a low initial price, only to dramatically increase it the following year. While there is some useful information, it’s challenging to trust it given the apparent bias. Marketed as a credible news source, I find that hard to accept. Take care when consuming their content.

Lack of Understanding of Modern Economy

If I could rate this service lower, I would. It’s among the worst financial publications available. They have consistently criticized a notable company's stock over the years, and I’m glad I ignored their advice. Their reliance on AI for content creation shows they don't grasp the complexities of today’s economy or the uniqueness of innovative companies. Their bias against a key figure in the industry clouds their judgment. I recommend avoiding them for reliable financial guidance.

Terrible Customer Service Experience

If zero stars were an option, I would choose that. I mistakenly subscribed to the service and reached out immediately for a refund. What followed was a poor demonstration of customer care. The representative was robotic and unhelpful, sticking to a scripted response without any empathy. The supervisor was equally unyielding, refusing to process a refund despite clear evidence of an accidental charge. It seems they prioritize profit over customer satisfaction. Disappointing.

Frustrating Cancellation Process

This service model is the worst I’ve encountered. Communication is a hassle, requiring long wait times on the phone. After canceling my subscription, I was told I would still have access to articles until the end date. However, on the very first day post-cancellation, I found myself locked out. The automated support is completely ineffective.

Delivery Issues Persist

I paid for a delivery subscription, but I haven’t received the publication for seven weeks. My patience is wearing thin, and I’ve decided to cancel my subscription.

Print Delivery Problems Not Resolved

The delivery of the print version has not been fixed. Each month, I miss multiple deliveries. After canceling my subscription, I found that customer service didn’t even process my refund for the missed deliveries. Extremely disappointing service; I won’t sign up again.

Questionable News Sources

They seem to only publish news influenced by market interests, not catering to the average person. Be cautious about the information they provide.

Unwanted Subscription Charge

I contacted customer service regarding a charge on my credit card after a lengthy wait. I learned that I had unknowingly signed up for a subscription that automatically renewed at a much higher rate. I believed I was subscribing to a different service at a lower price. Now, I’m facing an unexpected charge with no option for a refund due to fine print agreements. This feels like a deceptive practice.
