Communication was lacking and there seemed to be little interest in my order. I placed an order for 11 items on the website on November 28, and by December 2, I hadn’t received any email updates. Knowing there was a national holiday on December 1, I called later that day. The representative seemed unaware of my order and said they would check the stock. When I received a callback, I was informed that not all items were available; from 6 packs of Yerba maté, only 2 could be sent. I accepted this as there were no other choices, but when I inquired about delivery, I was assured it would arrive later that day. By noon, I still hadn’t received any updates on the shipment. I'm disappointed with how this situation was handled; I had to reach out to find out about stock issues, adding unnecessary stress as I needed the order before my holiday.
