I experienced poor communication and a lack of interest. I placed an order for 11 products on their website on November 28th, and by December 2nd, I called because I hadn't received any email updates. I understood that December 1st was a national holiday, so I reached out in the afternoon of the 2nd. The representative who answered seemed unaware of my order and promised to check stock. After a brief wait, I received a call back stating they couldn't fulfill my entire order and could only send two out of six packs of Yerba maté. I accepted this because I had no other choice, but I inquired about the delivery timing since I needed the products before going on holiday. The representative assured me that my order would be delivered later that day, yet by noon, I still hadn't received any updates on whether it had been shipped. I'm disappointed with how this situation was handled; I had to initiate contact to learn about stock issues and now I'm anxious about receiving my order before leaving the country. This is not the service I expected.
