Absolutely shocking service.I am still waiting for my refund for stools they are now saying are out of stock till end of Feb even though it still states on their website that they are in stock. Previously the website stated ‘ pre order’ so I waited until they were in stock. They/website appears to be misleading. They offered me an alternative which was nowhere near the design I ordered and when I picked a barstool they stated that was out of stock too! I have called numerous times and there is no answer. I will have to take this up with my bank as they take forever to respond to emails. They are quick to take your money though!EDIT: I received a phone call, apologising about the lack of service, lack of staff etc. I had to go through the situation again. Amazing how quick they are when you give them a 1star review. They asked me to increase the 1 star to 3 star, I’m not sure why as they haven’t gone out of their way to do anything except give me my refund which is what I’m entitled to anyway. EDIT 2nd update - after barstools feedback. If you are going to give feedback at least be transparent and give the FULL details.You offered alternatives which were a different colour to what I had ordered and the wrong base colour. If I wanted those I would have ordered that! Also, the alternative I suggested was out of stock too! The refund was processed after I had to place a negative review as no one would answer the phone and you would take ages to respond to emails, hence the negative review. You asked me to increase the stars and ‘we will process the refund’ I wasn’t bothered about receiving the refund via your company as I know I could have taken it up with my bank. I will not be subject to bribery. I will always leave/give positive feedback when it is appropriate.
