I ordered a pair of Chadwick Bar Stools in Natural Fabric specifically because the website advertised them as "In Stock" with "Next Day Delivery"—essential as we were in the middle of a kitchen renovation. Unfortunately, the reality was a two-month wait.
The Service: Despite my multiple contacts to the company, I was repeatedly brushed off. I requested several times that they update their website to reflect the actual stock levels so other customers wouldn’t be misled, and each time I was told they would do so. They never did. It feels incredibly disingenuous to continue advertising next-day shipping when they clearly cannot fulfill those orders. Looking at other reviews, this seems to be a recurring pattern rather than an isolated glitch.
The Product: The stools themselves are adequate, but certainly not worth a two-month headache.
Pros: Aesthetic is as pictured; relatively straightforward to put together.
Cons: The assembly was a bit finicky due to temperamental threads in the footbars.
Verdict: If you need stools urgently for a project, do not trust the "In Stock" status on this site. I won’t be shopping here again due to the lack of transparency and poor customer service.
