Bad Customer Service/Questionable Quality Product

The product did not work for my needs. I attempted to find out his to return the device and instead the company offered a $15 credit to as they put it. “Avoid the hassle of executing a return”. I declined since I had paid $70+ for the product including shipping and handling. Only after filing a complaint with PayPal did the offered a refund and only after I removed my complaint. I finally received a partial refund and will never do business with them again. By the way, the product may work for a single dog home for a while…it’s very poor quality material.
