The product did not work for my needs. I attempted to find out his to return the device and instead the company offered a $15 credit to as they put it. “Avoid the hassle of executing a return”. I declined since I had paid $70+ for the product including shipping and handling. Only after filing a complaint with PayPal did the offered a refund and only after I removed my complaint. I finally received a partial refund and will never do business with them again. By the way, the product may work for a single dog home for a while…it’s very poor quality material.

My dog wouldn't listen at all. I even tried a shock collar! But the barxbuddy has been a God sent!! My dog listens now! OMG! It's amazing. I've only had to use it here and there now. But usually she sees it in my hand and she's good! I have a very hard headed German shepherd -pit. Now I have an amazing dog and I love it!!

I have the barx buddy nail grinder which is fair product. This product would work better on smaller dogs and not Labrador nails.The problem is trying to get an answer where to purchase a replacement grinder part which the company does not carry. I would not purchase from them again.
