These are the worst trading rooms, I have ever seen. While very impressed with Dave Aquino and Thomas Woods, however, they are rarely seen in the live rooms. Live rooms are hosted by few trainees bout 50% to 80% of time. Also, you will not know who will be hosting this room, one day it is hosted by one trainee and next day it will be someone else. IMO just stay away from this if you want to learn or be a day trader.Response to this email by support team adds another issue: that the support is shitty too. Instead of acknowledging the issue and trying to fix it. Anyone who goes to these trading rooms, they will find out in 1 to 2 weeks, who is running the room most of the time.

In some ways I cannot believe what a dedicated, great group this is. The teaching on multiple styles to fit many trading styles is so consistent, and the live trading rooms are just complete gold. 5 years with this group and I have completely found my style and comfort while expanding here and there. My retirement is remarkably different than I thought it would be. Thank you! By the way, my extensive experience with their support over 5 years is always great, so, salt to taste I guess. And, I only trade futures, especially RTY, and Thomas talks extensively about futures daily, plus an evening wrap-up and morning preview, and watches at least 10 constantly throughout the day, but does not tell anyone what to trade, just watching significant support and resistance so, again, salt to taste vs other reviews.
Hello, I am a current customer and subscribe to a number of alert programs, purchased a number of indicators and have been a premium member for about four years. The customer service team plus John Olsen are great personnel and deserve much congratulations. However on my very first complaint the company has completely ignored my repeated request for a phone call lor an e mail. Too bad for such a good company to have such a poor customer relations team. I informed them that if my complaint remains unanswered I would post my experience on Trust Pilot. Their answer is apparent. Today June 10 Mr Thomas Wood phoned me an apologized for the oversight. It seems that it was a communications problem. I was so happy to receive this phone call as it has confirmed my confidence the Basecamp 'Trading. I would recommend their services. Eugene Yanovitch
