Hoping for Iceland ISK to be added to the app soon.

I am eager for the company to integrate Iceland ISK into their app in the near future. It would be more convenient than loading GBP and dealing with exchange rates. Ideally, my card would function in ISK. The support team provided excellent assistance via WhatsApp, with clear communication. However, I urge the company to make Iceland a standard currency option, as it's a popular destination for travelers from the UK and Europe.

Unsatisfactory experience with buy back guarantee

I loaded £2000 onto my card for Australian dollars. Unfortunately, six weeks before my trip, I injured my back and will need surgery. I opted for the buy back guarantee, but upon needing to cancel my holiday, I discovered that it only applies when I use the funds. Now, to convert my money back, the service will take over £80 from me. There should be allowances for exceptional situations. It's appalling; I will not use this service again as the buy back guarantee feels meaningless.
