32 emails later to customer services and they still tell me the same thing which is nothing to do with my query. They split my delayed shipment by nearly two months and never sent out the missing item. They now say that they sent it. I sent them their own emails stating that they split the shipment but this fell on deaf ears. Don’t buy from these. Customer service is rubbish. Delivery time is awful and I just gave up in the end. No point dealing with those who cannot be dealt with. Save your money and look elsewhere.
