Horrible customer service. My phone accidentally auto generated my delivery address and sent my product to an old domicile. I immediately contacted customer service to fix the issue and they said they “escalated” it. Turns out they never did anything and when I could not receive my package they refused to give me a refund. They constantly blamed me for putting in the wrong address and not making sure the issue was escalated properly. Total joke of a company who can’t accommodate customers. Do not buy from them.
Honestly the products are great but shipping does take a while 2-3 weeks you just gotta be patient. The customer support is also great they sent a replacement for my order that was defective.
The workers never gave me my order I ordered since Jan 30th and its almost February 8th, Plus when I tried to cancel my order tiktok denied it and I wasted 20$ on hair clay and texture powder I wouldnt recommend this brand becuase of its shipping issues.
I will always return to Based I ordered there back in August of last year, and I will always order again. Love their products, just ordered a new shampoo + conditioner and some curly head products with a deodorant. Can't wait to get my products.
I bought this about mid October, haven't received my order. It's the begin of Februrary, no emails updating me. Whenever I ask about it, I basically get the basic "We have a lot of orders incoming, wait!". Don't recommend for anyone to waste their time as well as money.
No complaints, it's my first order I got the texture powder and the shower duo bundle and it's really solid. Sprayer is soo much better than a sifter for the texture powder, and the shampoo and conditioner smell really fresh.
The items I ordered (sea salt spray, texture powder, clay, deodorant, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash) are of excellent quality. However, I rated the service lower due to the shipping taking about 3 weeks, the prices being high compared to similar products, and the scent of the clay and sea salt spray being unpleasant.
I wish I could give zero stars. My son requested a specific body wash for Christmas, so I ordered a set of two from the company's official website. Instead, I received two unbranded, suspicious-looking plastic bottles that bear no resemblance to the product I expected. I attempted to initiate a return through the app used for my purchase, and although I'm within the 30-day return window, I was met with a message stating, 'not eligible for return final sale.' I did not purchase a final sale item. I paid a significant amount of $43 for these two bottles, only to receive an unreliable product I can't trust for my child. I then reached out to customer service via the email provided on their website, but I received no response—not even an automated reply acknowledging my inquiry. Ultimately, it feels like I've been scammed out of $43. I strongly advise against purchasing products from this company!
