I wanted to redress some of the poor reviews this US company has from other Australians. On 25 January 25, I purchased one of their face creams directly from their website, to be delivered to Australia. I promptly received a thank you email from them, tracking number and progress updates from the courier. The item arrived safely today – 07 Feb 25 – well-packaged and I was pleased that the inner packaging was biodegradable too. Less than two weeks from order to delivery, which I call excellent (compared for instance to eBay’s poor global shipping program which can take more like 6-8 weeks). The product I purchased was the Tallow & Honey balm, and though I cannot report on the efficacy of it long-term (it received glowing reviews from many customers), on first application it was pleasantly scented and rubbed smoothly into the skin.
