It's confusing why a so-called Canadian company would list and charge all their products in U.S. dollars. My wife recently purchased $60 worth of items, and her credit card statement showed a charge in USD... totaling $90 Canadian. This feels quite misleading.
Be cautious, they claim to be a Canadian company with an Ontario address on their website. It doesn't mention that charges will be in U.S. dollars until after the purchase. The order did arrive in four days, but $71 for a bar of soap and a small balm seems excessive. Supporting local businesses doesn't feel right here.
I just ordered 2 jars of cream with a free third jar. Right after placing the order, I noticed it went through in US dollars. I tried to cancel immediately, but couldn't find a way. I reached out via their contact email. Let's see what happens; it feels like a scam. Buyer beware!
Awful!! Be aware that Canadian customers are charged in U.S. dollars. I'm shocked by this. It didn't mention that the charges would be in U.S. dollars. Do not purchase from this seller. I believe this company is a complete con! I wish I had done my research before ordering. The order took two weeks to arrive, and the ingredient list on the jars doesn't match what's on the website. It lists ordinary honey instead of the advertised raw organic honey. No mention of organic olive oil either, just regular olive oil. The company hasn't responded to my emails. Absolutely shocking; I won't be using this product as I don't trust it.
I've looked into this company, and their address is a distribution center. Their mailing address is a random location with signs warning not to enter. I thought this was a Canadian company selling quality products, but I believe another reviewer was right—it's a scam.
