Paid a small fee for an online questionnaire, only to be shocked by a subsequent charge for a full month's subscription. Despite attempts to reach them for a refund through their contact email and my funding carrier, they refuse to refund. It's a total SCAM! The fees are hidden in fine print within the terms and conditions.
