They compromise your security! Upon installation, the app repeatedly prompts you to create a "different" password, claiming previous attempts were invalid. They save these and potentially sell the list along with your email or ID, knowing many reuse passwords. Installing this app could lead to financial loss. BEWARE! Additionally, if you're on a family plan, they require the plan lead to approve the app, which can force a reboot or agreement.
Paid a small fee for an online questionnaire, only to be shocked by a subsequent charge for a full month's subscription. Despite attempts to reach them for a refund through their contact email and my funding carrier, they refuse to refund. It's a total SCAM! The fees are hidden in fine print within the terms and conditions.
